During the first two seasons of seven deadly sins, the animation was pretty good. But after season 2, the immense drop-off of quality is extremely evident. There are scenes where the characters look like they were drawn in by a four-year-old, scenes where a character should be moving but is stationary instead and scenes where they repeat the same action over and over again (with it being extremely obvious that they are just repeating the scene). It's incredibly sad that the animation has dropped off so hard because story-wise, the anime is really good. If I were to recommend seven deadly sins to someone, I would tell them to watch the first two seasons then just jump to the manga and read the rest.
